Visa Requirements
If you’re traveling from abroad, you will most likely need an e-Visa to enter India. This can be done easily online.

Currency & Cash
The local currency is the Indian Rupee (INR). It’s a good idea to carry some cash for smaller purchases, though most places in Mumbai accept credit and debit cards. ATMs are widely available, and currency can be exchanged at the airport or local banks.
